1. Delivery: During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to select the delivery method. At the current stage, we offer only delivery to your preferred address. We do that either with our delivery system or by using one of our delivery partners. In the near future we are adding also the free pick-up option, from a location in Limassol which we will announce soon.
2. Delivery Timeframes: Our team works diligently to process and dispatch orders in a timely manner. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Our aim is to deliver every order at the maximum of two working days.
3. Delivery Fees: Our deliver fee is seven euro, that includes delivery at your preferred adress (within city limits).You will be able to view the delivery fees for your order also during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.
4. Signature Requirements: For certain orders, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure the safe and secure receipt of your wine. If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery, our delivery service may leave a notification with instructions for redelivery or collection.
