In the unique world of creating distinctive wines, winemaker Bertus Fourie is a legend. He earned the nickname 'Starbucks' for his exceptional skill in creating the coffee-flavoured Barista Pinotage. Building on this initial success, Bertus has now literally gone the extra mile with the delicious Barista Chardonnay and its decidedly citrusy notes. The grapes that go into each bottle of Barista are harvested at optimum ripeness in mid-February, with different batches treated differently.
